A lot of folks tell me their lender is very hard to reach. They get transferred from one person to the other.
And then they send stuff in and the rep says she never got it, would you send it again?
ARGGGH!
Well, I have some things that I do that raise the chance that you will get your lender's attention.
1. Keep a log of all your calls. Dates, times, outcomes.
2. Try every 2 days. Don't just let things go. Keep following up.
